Our Story
Not a brand. A blueprint.
BlaKKPrint is a creative playground for African expression - Where art, culture and fresh ideas come to life. We're not here to follow old rules. We're here to build our own.
Philosophy
The blueprint has always been written for us, by someone else. BlaKKPrint flips it. We treat creativity as cultural infrastructure - a way to preserve, evolve and broadcast the African story on our own terms.
We work across apparel, print, immersive experiences and youth education because creative impact rarely fits one shape. Every product, event and program is part of the same living document.
Mission
Amplify African creative voices and turn ideas into real-world impact.
Vision
A living, breathing cultural blueprint authored by African creators.
Values
Bold.
We refuse muted. Our work is loud, confident, intentional.
Rooted.
Every piece is grounded in African heritage and lived experience.
Open.
Creativity is a right. We make it accessible, collaborative, communal.
Living.
Our art is never static - it shifts with light, space and time.

Founder
Kemji Khan
Artist · Graphic Designer · Creative Director · Nigeria
Kemji Khan is an Afrocentric self-taught artist, graphic designer, and creative director based in Nigeria. Her practice blends traditional African art forms with contemporary design and experimental light-reactive techniques that shift with changing light - giving each work a living quality that transforms how it is experienced over time and space.
Her work explores identity, cultural heritage, and emotional wellness through patterns, symbols, sacred geometry, and African visual systems. By integrating neon color palettes and light-sensitive materials, she creates immersive pieces that respond to their environment, inviting viewers into an evolving visual dialogue.
Kemji believes art is not static decoration but a living force that can transform spaces, evoke emotion, and deepen human connection to culture, memory, and self.
She holds a Bachelor's in Business Studies from Wisconsin International University College, with diplomas in Fashion Design from BlueCrest University College and Graphic Design from ATIC-Pro, School on the Go. Self-taught in fine art, her multidisciplinary approach has attracted collectors, curators, and technologists for its unique fusion of tradition and innovation.
She founded BlaKKPrint as a personal project for customized gifts - it has since evolved into a broader ecosystem for Afrocentric design, wearable art, creative wellness, and cultural storytelling, helping young Africans reconnect with cultural identity through creativity and expression.
At its core sits ArtReach Africa, a community initiative bringing art to children in underserved communities through workshops, outreach, and creative fairs. Her experience Color In-Between-The-Lines combines art therapy, storytelling, music, and mindfulness into a holistic creative wellness environment.
As a neurodivergent artist, her process is intuitive and non-linear - emotion, pattern recognition and instinct lead the work. That perspective drives BlaKKPrint's philosophy of creativity as freedom, inclusion, and mental wellness.
As Creative Director at Lognetics (AR/VR and software innovation), she explores augmented reality experiences and interactive digital storytelling, expanding how audiences engage with contemporary African art.
Her notable collections Lines, Shapes & Curves and The Illuminated Ones explore balance between simplicity and complexity, tradition and modern expression - each piece designed as a living system that responds to light, space, and perception.
